• Screen Captures & Audio Telemetry: Raw screen video recordings, cursor coordinates, user click events, and audio recordings captured via our Chrome extension or desktop recorder.

• Generated Asset Data: Transcripts, AI-synthesized studio voiceovers, translated audio tracks, and auto-generated step-by-step HTML/Markdown documentation.
• Usage & Diagnostic Data: IP addresses, browser types, device IDs, latency logs, and error diagnostic logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed strictly for the following purposes:

• Executing our 5-phase AI pipeline (speech recognition, vision action extraction, smart zoom rendering, and step-by-step documentation generation).
• Localizing video and document outputs into 120+ target languages requested by your account.
• Ensuring platform security, fraud prevention, and performance optimization.
• Complying with legal and enterprise regulatory obligations.

Strict Privacy Commitment: We do NOT sell your raw screen recordings, voice samples, or customer documentation to third parties, nor do we train public foundation AI models on customer confidential screen data.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 protocols and at rest using AES-256 bit encryption algorithms. Our infrastructure is architected in alignment with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 security frameworks.
